How do payments work?

Regular orders are paid in full. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Events require a 30% retainer.

What are the cancellation windows?

Regular: cancel at least 24h → refund minus 25% fee. Custom: cancel at least 1 week → deposit kept; under 1 week → 50% of remaining balance refunded. Events: cancel at least 1 month → retainer kept; 2–4 weeks → 50% of remaining balance refunded; under 2 weeks → no refund.

Any allergen concerns?

Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or contact wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Proper storage after pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

Bite Me Goodies is a Texas cottage bakery based in Austin (Elgin), Texas. Serving the Austin, San Antonio, and Houston areas, with DFW coming soon.

Orders are baked fresh, made to order, and built for real dessert lovers. You can order online or reach out directly.

Handcrafted Bagels

These bagels are a staple at Bite Me Goodies — and they’re treated with extra care. Each one is handmade in very small batches and named after people who shaped Samara’s life, her love for baking, and the heart behind this brand.

Bagels are the savory offering in the Goodieverse, available on a limited, special-order basis only. They are not produced regularly and are made intentionally when the schedule allows — because some things deserve to stay meaningful, not mass-made.

Occasionally, Besties may spot bagels at pop-ups or special events, but otherwise they’re crafted by request alongside local orders. Every batch is personal, thoughtful, and handled with the same love as the dessert donuts.

Jessie

A classic bagel named for Samara’s late sister — the first person to ever hand her a bagel. Simple, grounding, and deeply loved.

Ruby

A wheat-forward bagel named for Samara’s late maternal grandmother, who gave her a love for hearty, comforting flavors.

Rockey

An everything-style bagel named for Samara’s late stepfather — bold, seasoned, and full of character.

Bobbie

Cinnamon-raisin warmth named for Samara’s late paternal grandmother — comforting, sweet, and made with love.
