1) Ingredients & Allergy Disclaimer

All products, including cakes, donuts, bites, fillings, icings, and toppings, may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and other potential allergens.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Bite Me Goodies of any allergy concerns before placing an order.
• The customer is responsible for notifying their guests of potential allergens.
• Bite Me Goodies is not liable for any allergic reactions.

2) Freshness & Storage Policy

All products are baked from scratch in small batches. Certain items, such as cakes or cake donut bases, may be frozen after baking to maintain peak freshness and texture until they are decorated or packaged. This is a standard bakery practice to lock in moisture and flavor without preservatives. All products are decorated and finished as close to pickup or delivery as possible for the best taste and quality.

3) Orders

• Regular Orders: Must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
• Custom Orders: Must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Event Orders: Must be placed at least 2 months in advance.

4) Deposits & Payments

• All regular orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
• Custom and event orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 1 week (custom) or 1 month (events) before pickup/delivery.
• Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled without refund of the deposit.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all cancellations are subject to fees based on the timing of cancellation:

• Regular Orders: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery to receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 24 hours.
• Custom Orders: Cancel at least 1 week before pickup/delivery to receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 1 week.
• Event Orders: Cancel at least 1 month before pickup/delivery to receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 1 month.

All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

6) Pickup

Orders must be picked up at the agreed time. Products not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded without refund.

7) Delivery

Delivery is available within Midland, TX, and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed delivery time.

8) Photos & Promotion

Bite Me Goodies reserves the right to photograph all orders for promotional purposes. Photos may be used on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

9) Texas Cottage Food Law

Bite Me Goodies operates under Texas Cottage Food Laws. Products are made in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

10) Sales & Distribution

All products must be picked up or delivered within Texas. Shipping of baked goods outside of Texas is not permitted under Texas Cottage Food Law.

11) Digital Recipe License

Digital recipes are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of recipe files or content is strictly prohibited.

12) Agreement
