Regular orders are paid in full. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Events require a 30% retainer.

What are the cancellation windows?

Regular: cancel at least 24h → refund minus 25% fee. Custom: cancel at least 1 week → deposit kept; under 1 week → 50% of remaining balance refunded. Events: cancel at least 1 month → retainer kept; 2–4 weeks → 50% of remaining balance refunded; under 2 weeks → no refund.

Any allergen concerns?

Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or contact wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Proper storage after pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

By placing an order, purchasing a product, joining our email list, downloading digital content, or interacting with Bite Me Goodies (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all physical products, preorders, digital products, services, and future offerings.

1. Business Scope

Bite Me Goodies operates as:

A Texas cottage bakery producing baked goods under the Texas Cottage Food Law
A creator of digital products including recipes, guides, and educational content
A brand offering limited drops, preorders, and future products, services, and experiences

All offerings—current and future—are governed by these Terms.

2. Cottage Food Disclosure

All edible products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to food allergies and dietary restrictions.

3. Orders, Preorders & Payment

All products are made to order or released in limited drops.
Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Preorders reserve a limited production spot and are fulfilled in scheduled batches.
All sales are final. Payments, deposits, and preorders are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or adjust offerings at any time.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup:

Pickup times are scheduled in advance.
Customers are responsible for arriving within their selected window.

Delivery:

Delivery is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.
Delivery must be scheduled in advance at checkout.
Delivery availability is limited and first-come, first-served.
Delivery fees are based on distance.

If a delivery or pickup is missed due to incorrect information, absence, or failure to coordinate, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed pickups, or scheduling conflicts.
Changes to orders are not guaranteed and must be requested as early as possible.

In rare cases where we must cancel an order, a refund or credit will be issued at our discretion.

6. Product Quality & Responsibility

All products are made fresh and should be stored properly after pickup or delivery.
We are not responsible for product condition once it leaves our possession.
Improper storage, handling, or delayed pickup may affect quality.

7. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.
Content is for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bite Me Goodies is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or consumption of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
