Refund & Cancellation Policy

Owner: Bite Me Goodies — Elgin, Texas (Travis County)
Because Bite Me Goodies products are made to order, perishable, and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. This policy applies to physical baked goods, preorders, digital products, recipes, downloads, guides, classes, and all current and future offerings unless otherwise stated in writing.
1. All Sales Are Final
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued once an order or purchase has been placed.
- Refunds, if any, are granted only in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Bite Me Goodies.
- Deposits, retainers, preorder payments, and partial payments are non-refundable.
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
2. Cancellations, Pickups & No-Shows
- Cancelled orders are not eligible for refunds.
- No refunds will be issued for missed pickups, abandoned orders, no-shows, missed delivery windows, or scheduling conflicts on the customer’s end.
- Orders must be picked up or received within the agreed time frame. If not, the order will be considered fulfilled.
- Bite Me Goodies is not responsible for product quality after pickup or delivery has been completed.
3. Delivery & Scheduling
- Deliveries are limited and must be scheduled in advance.
- Delivery availability is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery times are scheduled and must be honored by the customer.
- Failure to be available during the scheduled delivery window will be treated as a completed delivery.
4. Preorders & Limited Drops
- Preorder spots are limited and reserved specifically for each customer.
- Once a preorder is placed, that space is held and cannot be reassigned.
- Preorder purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved in writing.
5. Quality Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact Bite Me Goodies within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and include clear photo documentation. All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If applicable, a replacement, store credit, or partial credit may be offered at our discretion. Reporting a concern does not guarantee a refund.
6. Digital Products
- All digital products are delivered electronically.
- Once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, they are non-refundable.
- Failure to review product details or compatibility does not qualify for a refund.
7. Allergens, Handling & Storage
Products are made in a home kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, asking questions prior to ordering, and properly storing products after pickup or delivery. Bite Me Goodies is not responsible for issues related to improper handling, storage, or undisclosed allergies.
8. Policy Acknowledgement
By placing an order or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
