How do payments work?

Regular orders are paid in full. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Events require a 30% retainer.

What are the cancellation windows?

Regular: cancel at least 24h → refund minus 25% fee. Custom: cancel at least 1 week → deposit kept; under 1 week → 50% of remaining balance refunded. Events: cancel at least 1 month → retainer kept; 2–4 weeks → 50% of remaining balance refunded; under 2 weeks → no refund.

Any allergen concerns?

Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or contact wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Proper storage after pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Owner: Bite Me Goodies — Midland, Texas

Due to the custom, made-to-order, perishable, and digital nature of Bite Me Goodies products and services, all sales are final. This policy applies to physical baked goods, digital products, recipes, packets, guides, downloads, classes, and any future offerings.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a purchase or order is placed.
Refunds will only be considered in extreme circumstances, at the sole discretion of Bite Me Goodies.
Deposits, retainers, and partial payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Orders canceled by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late pickups, missed deliveries, or scheduling conflicts.
If a customer is unavailable for pickup or delivery within the agreed time frame, the order will be considered fulfilled.

3. Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and provide clear photo documentation. Bite Me Goodies reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution, if any. Resolution does not guarantee a refund.

4. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.
Once delivered or accessed, digital products are non-refundable.
Failure to read product descriptions, instructions, or usage details does not qualify for a refund.

5. Allergens & Storage

Products are made in a home kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Proper storage, refrigeration, and timely serving are the customer’s responsibility. Bite Me Goodies is not responsible for quality issues caused by improper handling or delayed serving.

6. Policy Acknowledgement

By placing an order or completing a purchase with Bite Me Goodies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
