How do payments work?

Regular orders are paid in full. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Events require a 30% retainer.

What are the cancellation windows?

Regular: cancel at least 24h → refund minus 25% fee. Custom: cancel at least 1 week → deposit kept; under 1 week → 50% of remaining balance refunded. Events: cancel at least 1 month → retainer kept; 2–4 weeks → 50% of remaining balance refunded; under 2 weeks → no refund.

Any allergen concerns?

Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or contact wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Proper storage after pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

My Story

Baking has always been a part of me. The kitchen was my happy place growing up — where I could create, experiment, and share joy through food.

This wasn’t just a passion at home. Over the years, I worked in bakeries all over, learning the craft hands-on. Those shifts, those long mornings, and those experiences shaped me into the baker I am today.

Bite Me Goodies is the recent chapter of that lifelong plan. After years of baking for family and friends, I stepped out in faith to build something of my own — a bakery and a community rooted in love and resilience.

“Cake Donut Queen” came from my community. I wear it with gratitude — it represents consistency, craft, and turning a lifelong passion into something that brings joy to others.

Lead: Brandon has been diagnosed with stage 4 hypopharynx cancer. He will undergo a tracheotomy on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, to protect his airway.
