Hi! I’m Krystal, founder of Bite Me Goodies, a micro bakery based right here in Midland, Texas. I’ve been baking for almost 20 years, starting with a Wilton cake decorating class and growing into something that became more than just a hobby—it became my passion.

I’ve worked in bakeries across the country, earned a degree in Hospitality, and spent years building skills, experimenting with flavors, and learning how to make people smile through sweets. Bite Me Goodies is my way of sharing that joy—one handmade cake donut, bite, or bagel at a time.

Every flavor is made in small batches with creativity, care, and a whole lot of heart. I rotate my lineup every two months and connect with my community through TikTok Lives, recipe kits, and subscriber-only bakes. I truly love what I do, and I’m so grateful you’re here.
