How do payments work?

Regular orders are paid in full. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Events require a 30% retainer.

What are the cancellation windows?

Regular: cancel at least 24h → refund minus 25% fee. Custom: cancel at least 1 week → deposit kept; under 1 week → 50% of remaining balance refunded. Events: cancel at least 1 month → retainer kept; 2–4 weeks → 50% of remaining balance refunded; under 2 weeks → no refund.

Any allergen concerns?

Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or contact wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Proper storage after pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

I’m a Texas Cottage Baker building Bite Me Goodies from my home kitchen in Midland, TX — nearly 20 years of baking and decorating poured into small-batch cake donuts, bites, and bagels… and a fast-growing community of Besties.

You’ll see me using the name Samara across my socials and site as I transition my brand. Same baker, same recipes — just a name that fits this new chapter. 💜

Bite Me Goodies: The Story

I started baking as a teenager, studied Hospitality, and worked in bakeries across multiple states. Years of R&D led to reliable, crowd-favorite recipes with bold flavor and clean ingredients — the backbone of Bite Me Goodies.

In late 2024 I launched Bite Me Goodies under Texas Cottage Food Law. By 2025 the website was live, the Bestie community on TikTok was thriving, and limited-time menus began selling out. Now I’m focusing on consistent quality, seasonal drops that make sense, classes through the Bestie Vault, and careful prep for an official Guinness World Record attempt.
